Values and Beliefs
Successful organizations and successful people embrace certain basic
beliefs and core values about themselves, their organization, and the
people with whom they choose to work. At Active Agenda, we call these
values our 'Blue Genes'...the 'genetic code' which defines our shared
values and guiding principals! This 'gene pool' describes who we are
and how we relate to one another, our business partners, our project
network, and our customers. Our Blue Genes are the core of everything
we do. Our goal is to continually conduct ourselves and our business in
accordance with the following Genetic Code.
