Larry L. Hansen is a Project Evangelist for Active Agenda, Inc.

Larry holds a BS degree in Operations Management from the University of New Haven, an Associate in Risk Management Designation from the Insurance Institute of America, is a Certified Safety Professional, and is a past Vice President and board member of the Minerva Education Institute. Larry has over 36 years of professional experience, in Safety Management, Organizational Performance, and Strategic Consulting. He is recipient of the Irwin/Proctor & Gamble and ASSE/Veterans of Safety Professional Paper Awards, and was project leader for “MBA for SAFE Performance”, a performance leadership program judged, “Best New Management training product for 1999,” by Risk and Insurance magazine.

Many of Larry's works: “Rate Your BOSS“; “Re-braining Corporate Health and Safety”; “Twelve ‘Unlegal’ Ways to Slash Workers Compensation Costs”; “What’s Your Organization’s Loss Management IQ?”; “Survival Skills for the Safety Professional”; and “The Architecture of Safety Excellence”, have been cover features of Professional Safety and Occupational Hazards magazines. He is author of the book: “ROC Your Organization: Fifty-two Ways to Instigate Radical Organizational Change for Safety Excellence”, containing change initiatives designed to help organizations achieve peak safety performance.

Larry is founder of ‘The Royal Order of the ROSE’, a community of progressive thinkers committed to ‘Redefining Operational Safety Excellence. He resides in Baldwinsville, New York and can be reached when not shoveling snow.
