The Active Agenda White Paper attempts to explain Active Agenda from conception to distribution without getting too bogged down in details or technical "mumbo jumbo." If you're interesting in learning more about why and how Active Agenda was developed, this white paper should be very helpful. However, keep in mind that we could have written a separate white paper to address each module (business process) of Active Agenda - and maybe someday we will.
