A consultant recently contacted us and asked us to create a simple hazard abatement report. She wanted us to display the basic information associated with a hazard report and the specific hazards associated.
She also wanted the people accountable for each hazard abatement responsibility and each hazard's abatement status included on the report. Here's a link to the reports page of the Hazard Reporting module where you can check it out.
