A local company contacted us and asked about Active Agenda's ability to generate machine specific lockout/tagout procedures. Our answer was "Sure.
The Hazardous Energy module is designed specifically to help companies generate these procedures." When we learned they had just incurred a second amputation injury in a matter of months, and needed a solution quick, we began to generate machine specific procedure cards. The Hazrdous Energy module's Lockout/Tagout cards are designed to be used as checklists, or procedure cards that will be posted at the site of hazardous machinery. We have created cards for Adjustments, Repair, Cleaning and Service. We are always amazed to see companies using one set of procedures for the different types of machine interaction.
