Line breaking activities can be extremely dangerous, but they are rarely conducted under condition of a permit. Failure to conduct line breaks under permit can easily result in injury and/or environmental release.
Examples of line breaking activities include: ammonia regrigeration line opening, refilling liquid petroleum gas tanks, and even compressed gas hose replacement. When line breaking does occur under permit, the permits tend to be overly generic and are used to test one's skills at placing check marks in irrelevent little boxes. With Active Agenda, line breaking permits are populated with location-specific information for consideration by line breakers and supervisors. If you don't like the one we created, let us know what you would like to see and watch how fast we can create it, and share it with the world!
Here's a link to the reports page of the Line Breaking Permits module where you can check out the permit.
