Knowing which employees are qualified to perform work is a complicated task when qualification criteria includes training, experience, and/or medical clearance. While working with an agricultural company, they asked us to create a module that would allow them to track the variety of medical examinations they utilize to qualify employees to perform work. Our answer was the Medical Monitoring module. This module allows organizations to track the variety of medical exams used to qualify employees for operations and it works in conjunction with the Training, Experience, and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities' modules to generate a current view of en employee's qualification for work.
