Not just visionary thinkers, but visionary "doers!" Visionary thinkers
are people that think about and question everything...what is, what
isn't, and what could be! They think about the work they do and how
that work affects their life and the lives of others. They think about
the integrity of their work product and their personal integrity. They
think and then they do!
Seeking visionary doers ensures we invest
the time and energy required to find only the most creative, qualified,
and accomplished people. We believe that if we find well-qualified,
highly motivated people, who are a good fit for the project, our culture, and our
business method (OPEN), we need only to support their continuing
growth, get out of their way, and let them succeed!
In fact,
we encourage our employees to gain as much knowledge under our employ
as possible and then venture out as independent contractors in search
of greater personal freedoms. And, although it appears contradictory,
we do our best to offer Visionary Doers legal ownership in our business
as a means of retaining their internal interest.
