With over eighty modules, it can be hard to know where to start. To help organizations with this challenge, we designed the "Implementation Road Map" modules.
These modules allow an organization to generate a "deck" of cards representing the implementation planning modules. Each card has the name and a short description of a module. The cards can be used during implementation planning sessions to help an organization prioritize a road map. The module also contains reports that allow implementers to tabulate priorities and modules to initiate an impementation plan - with assigned accountabilities. The dialog that results from the exercise can be more valuable than the implementation plan itself.
