Have you heard of Skype? Skype is a technology that allows you to call anyone in the world (that also has a Skype account) for free using the Internet (No. This is not a paid advertisement).
You can also use Skype to call landlines or Skype enabled mobile phones for very reasonable rates. When you install Skype, and if you use the FireFox web browser (highly recommended), you will automatically install the Skype plugin for FireFox. After using Skype for a bit to chat with foreign friends, we realized this functionality would be nice in Active Agenda - so we enabled it. Just imagine your clients working in Active Agenda and seeing that you (their service provider) are online. Now they can "Skype" you from within Active Agenda, and Voila!, you're face-to-face with your client... or at least voice-to-voice if you work in your pajamas like we do and/or you're a bit shy. Available now.
