 "You like tomato and I like tomahto."
What do tomatoes (or tomahtoes) have to do with operational risk? Quite a lot when you're trying to collaborate with people around the globe and the first step is understanding one another's languages AND nomenclatures. This point is illustrated in the August column, but the column is really about "partnerships." What's a "partnership?"
