People implementing Active Agenda wanted a specific set of modules to track powered industrial trucks because they are such a unique (and risky) piece of industrial equipment. |

Active Agenda is comfortable with change. In fact, we thrive on it! We
view the word change as an insufficient descriptor for one of life's
few certainties - all organisms evolve - the most successful organisms
evolve rapidly! We accomplish this by constantly challenging
assumptions and learning by doing new things. Rapid Evolution
encourages all of our people and partners to take smart risks and avoid
getting trapped in "analysis paralysis."
We believe that a
culture of continuous improvement is a key factor in our evolution.
Good people know they are never finished learning and are always
looking for opportunities to learn more, grow more, do more and reap
the rewards of that process. Rapid Evolution is being committed to
learning and developing in ways that contribute to the growth of each
individual while supporting the project's growth and evolution. It also
means finding ways to contribute to the evolution of those around us.
Everyone is expected to continue their evolution. When there is something we'd all benefit from, we'll start a study circle.
