Right-side Up Organization |

We know that the people on the "front lines" of our organization and
the organization's of our participants are in the best position to impact
the evolution of business, products, and services. These are the people
who make and/or use Active Agenda, brand it, install and/or
deploy it. Active Agenda's success is dependent upon their ability to
get their jobs done, and improve their personal and organizational
performance.
Because we believe that the person closest to the
job usually has the best perspective on it, and can often make the best
decisions, we try to minimize the number of policies and procedures
that may get in their way. In our right-side up organization (reflected
in our product design), the role of staff and leadership is to support
our people and facilitate our participants by removing obstacles, providing
resources, and allowing decisions to be made by those closest to the
opportunities.
