We were approached by a local business in a panic? Apparently, WalMart, their single largest customer was requiring their suppliers to better manage packaging sustainability - or else!
Active Agenda already tracked products and services at the time we were approach by the local employer, but we did not track the many intricacies associated with packaging materials. We worked with the local employer to incorporate packaging sustainability within Active Agenda and we posted the modules to the project. What does packaging sustainability have to do with operational risk? In the case of this local business, failure to manage this hazard could cost them 40% of their revenue.
