A picture tells a thousand words (we hope)... and sometimes we use a picture to explain how Active Agenda's modules relate to the risk continuum.
Risk = Uncertainty of lossHazard = Increases the likelihood of loss Peril = Cause of lossLoss = CostControl = Methods used to reduce or mitigate the impact of loss We often use the Gap Analysis Module to assess an organization's risk. We frequently use the diagram linked above to guide our questions and illustrate Active Agenda's ability to help manage risk. With these practices in mind, and the fact that Active Agenda is pretty comprehensive, we elected to enable the association of the risk continuum elements with gap analysis items. Available now.
